Translation Software Implementation | In House
Objective: Implement new translation software organization wide, and train domestic and international employees on usage
Corporate teams were struggling with the amount of materials that required translation. The vendor was selected, with my role to implement the software and train employees. As lead project manager for international, tasks included but were not limited to: vendor management, software customization, gathering of internal requirements for all participating teams, troubleshooting, scheduling, providing training sessions, and status reporting on adoption rate.

Objective: Improvement of employee relations
Human Resources had discovered that a specific department within the organization had received highly negative feedback from employees. By using the change management process, a strategic communications plan was created to address underlying issues, and provide recommendations on how improvements could be made.
